FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used as part of test flow meters during testing and verification of flow meters-gas counters, as well as in technological processes. Proposed device comprises elastic reservoir, support frame, plate with load suspension system on flexible ropes and preset weight. Loaded elastic reservoir is located on the upper surface of the support frame, the plate is placed on the elastic reservoir, at the same time the suspended load system of the specified mass freely movable in the internal space of the support frame is fixed to the plate by side projections. Plate with load suspension system allows to place load so that plate load centre of gravity is under elastic reservoir, wherein roll and plate shift is eliminated as gas flows from the loaded elastic reservoir, caused by high centre of gravity of the loaded plate.

EFFECT: increased stability of pressure of consumable gas and exclusion of risks of damage of elastic reservoir at displacement of load due to plate roll.
