FIELD: liquid volume measuring means verification.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for verification of means for measuring the mass and volume of liquid in the conditions of their operation. The mobile calibration rig consists of two car trailers equipped with windproof covers. The first car trailer contains a reference measure, strain gauges and an electric pump installed on a support-frame structure. The second car trailer contains a container for checking the verified flow meters for tightness, a control cabinet, a pressure electric pump, a gas separator filter, a frame-tank equipped with a thermal stabilization device and a test bench for installing verified flow meters. The filter-gas separator, the frame-tank, the flow meters to be verified, installed on the test bench, are connected by hydraulic lines equipped with shut-off valves, two reference flow meters, a thermometer and a pressure gauge, in such a way that they form a closed loop with the reference metal gauge. The capacity of the tank frame is equal to twice the total volume of the nominal capacity of the measuring tank and the volume of the hydraulic lines.

EFFECT: safe transportation of the calibration unit and increase the accuracy of the calibration of means for measuring the mass or volume of a liquid and economic efficiency.
