FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to well perforators used in oil and gas industry, namely, to design of fuse of detonation circuit. Detonating fuse contains a housing, in which there is a fuse head or a bridge of an electric igniter, main and auxiliary channels, which are configured to form at least two layers of an explosive substance: primary – 5-nitriminotetrazolate barium (barium 5-nitriminotetrazolate, BAX) in the main canal and secondary – 2,6-bis(picrylamino)-3,5-dinitropyridine (2,6-Bis(picrylamino)-3,5-dinitropyridine, PYX) and/or hexanitrostilbene (Hexanitrostilbene, HNS) in the auxiliary channel. Fuse is placed in tubing string transporting well perforator, which is lowered into well, where fuse is exposed to temperatures of up to 300 °C for approximately 1 hour, after which detonation of primary explosive is excited, which excites detonation of secondary explosive without reduction of detonation velocity.
EFFECT: fuse supports explosive efficiency at high temperatures for a long period of time.
