FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of heterogeneous catalysts for processes of liquid-phase oxidation of inorganic (sulphurous, nitric, phosphoric, etc.) and organic (surfactants, phenols, petroleum products, organic amines, etc.) compounds with atmospheric oxygen. Disclosed is a heterogeneous catalyst containing an active component – metal oxides of variable valency, a modifying additive and a carrier, wherein the modifying additive used is oil pitch, carrier is a mixture of a flux flow (siliceous compounds) and clay with their following weight ratio in the carrier - flux flow:clay = 1:3–1:7 and with the following ratio of components in the catalyst, weight fraction, %: active component 30–40; modifying additive 10–20; carrier is the rest.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of catalyst for oxidation of organic and / or inorganic compounds.
