FIELD: processing of secondary raw materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of secondary fiber raw material, in particular, to method for production of mold from waste paper for growing plants by flow hydroponics. Method includes dissolution, purification of raw material, molding of the product and removal of water from the formed product, and differs by the fact that the raw materials are successively dissipated in water at waste paper concentration – 3.0–5.0 wt % to produce fibrous mass; cleaning the mass from contaminants; diluted purified mass with water to concentration of 0.8–1.2 wt %; further introducing into the mass an aqueous emulsion of alkyl ketene dimer and cationic starch in amount of 0.3–0.4 % of the weight of waste paper; method includes vacuum deposition of the mass on a mold having the configuration of the finished article, followed by dehydration and compaction of the settled mass, then the surface of the molded articles on the outer side is treated with an aqueous solution containing 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one – 0.001–0.003 % and 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one – 0.0002–0.0004 %, and dried. Invention also relates to a form for growing plants obtained using said method.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing paper, hydrophobic, antiseptic forms from waste paper for growing green crops.
