FIELD: paper.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recycling secondary stock and can be used in processing of household and industrial packaging wastes made from cellulose and paper materials, and can be used in pulp and paper industry in production of paper-based products from secondary raw materials, in particular for production of packaging materials, including for food products. Recycling wastepaper is successively performed in the pulper at concentration 4 %. Loose paper mass is cleaned of contaminants, fed into pool of purified mass, and then - to mixing pump, where purified paper mass is diluted with recycled water to concentration of 1 % with addition of wood flour to 10 %, and then - into pool of finished mass, from which pump is pumped to vacuum forming machine. Vacuum settling of prepared paper mass on mesh shape, having configuration of finished product, followed by dehydration and compaction of settled paper mass, after which formed articles are dried.

EFFECT: technical result achieved during implementation of the developed method consists in facilitating moisture release from the formed product during its drying and reduction of stresses in the moulded product leading to article warping during its drying.
