FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical instrument-making and can be used as a shooting, hunting, sports optical sight, which enables to observe objects with replaceable magnification and accordingly with a replaceable field of view in a variety of operating conditions. Optical sight with discrete change of magnification contains single-component wrapping system made moving along optical axis into two extreme positions at change of magnification, lens made of positive (1) and negative (2) menisci of two-lens glued component (3), (4), collective lens (5), a first grid located in the focal plane of the lens, eyepiece made in the form of four single lenses (16), (17), (18) and (19), a second mesh located between the erecting system and the eyepiece, the centre of which is the centre of oscillation of the optical axis of components consisting of a first mesh, an erecting system and second grid, relative to optical axis of sight.
EFFECT: creation of an optical sight with discrete change of magnification with a reduced number of lens parts and with an erection system excluding input/output methods of components from the beam path, higher efficiency and reliability of the sighting, qualitative characteristics and weight of the optics, with improved comfort of the field of view.
