FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device (1) for measurement of acceleration, comprising piezoelectric system (2), seismic mass (3) and system (4) of preliminary voltage. During acceleration, seismic mass (3) applies to piezoelectric system (2) force proportional to its acceleration, which creates in piezoelectric system (2) piezoelectric charges, and these piezoelectric charges are electrically removable as acceleration signals. At that, seismic mass (3) has two elements (30, 30') of mass. Preliminary voltage system (4) pre-strains elements (20, 20') of system relative to elements (30, 30') of mass.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of obtained data is provided.
