FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inertial switches which can be used as safety devices in automatics systems of explosive hazardous facilities. Inertial switch includes housing, inertial body arranged on central axis with radial projections, rotary drive and fixed guide, having on side walls inclined slots for interaction with radial projections of inertial body, contact system and induction magnetic dampers with rotary armature made from material with high electrical conductivity and constant magnets, made in the form of sectors of alternating polarity and arranged in circumferential direction. Rotary armature of each inductive damper is made in the form of a washer fixed on a disk of magnetically soft metal and interacting along the end face with a small gap excluding touch, with permanent magnets placed in the magnetically soft fixed base, and in wall of inclined slot of fixed guide there is a recess for entry of radial projection of inertial body at its movement into initial position at reverse stroke at acceleration decay. Inertial switch is equipped with magnetically solid metal plate fixed on the end of central axis with additional magnets of different polarity diametrically installed on its ends, and the inertial switch housing, at least in the additional magnets zone, is made from a non-magnetic metal.
EFFECT: high reliability of operation under conditions of high-intensity operational emissions and impact accelerations.
