SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding, namely, to vessels capable of movement both in mode of surface course, and at complete submersion in underwater stroke mode, intended mainly for recreational and excursion purposes. Ship of surface and underwater stroke has the possibility of high-speed movement in surface position, comprises light hull with streamlined outlines, strong body intended for accommodation of people and located inside light hull, power plant providing possibility of ship movement, at least one window allowing simultaneous viewing of outer space through light housing and strong housing, as well as ballast tank between light housing and strong housing.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the field of view towards the bottom, increase speed of the ship during surface and underwater travel, as well as reduced sail conditions in underwater travel.
