FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: underwater vessel for the maintenance of underwater mining complexes on the Arctic shelf and other underwater engineering operations in the form of a two-hull submarine divided into compartments, with a nuclear power plant, a ballast-equalizing system, hydroacoustic equipment, hangars for the release and reception of underwater vehicles, a diving complex, locking devices. The outer shell is made with the stem angle at the cruising waterline level (CWL) 40-65°, with the inclination angle of CWL on the fore perpendicular in the section along the CWL 35-50°, and with the frame inclination angle at the level of CWL in the section along the frame 20-30°. The proposed invention also discloses: the design of the ice reinforcement of the outer hull, the features of the propulsion-steering complex, the location by the vessel areas of the hangars for a manned underwater vehicle and unmanned underwater vehicles and the gripping hoisting device, the implementation features of the hangars for underwater vehicles.
EFFECT: expanding the functional and operational capabilities of the underwater vessel.
