FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the burning plasma supply nozzle. Device comprises the tuyere chamber, the plasma torch, which is configured with the possibility to generate superheated gas and to direct the superheated gas to the tuyere chamber in an axial direction, as well as the assembly for the inlet of the curtain gas, the assembly is configured with the possibility to direct the curtain gas into the tuyere chamber. In this case, one part of the curtain gas is injected coaxially with the superheated gas, and the second part of the curtain gas is injected in the form of a vortex protecting the tuyere walls.
EFFECT: reduced impact of gas flow on the chamber walls and the possibility of improving the efficiency of the device by means of reducing the energy loss to the water cooling of the chamber wall.
