FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: turbomachine comprises a rotor disc having a peripheral portion with a groove extending around it in circumferential direction and having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first, blade arranged in slot, closing blade, single wedge and unloaded threaded fastener. First surface of the groove has recesses passing in axial direction, and the second surface of the groove has a recess passing in axial direction. Closing blade has the first surface interacting with the first surface of the slot, and the second surface located opposite to the first one. First surface of the closing blade has a projection extending in axial direction from the first surface of the closing blade, and the second surface of the closing blade has recesses passing in axial direction on the second surface of the closing blade. Closing blade is located in the groove adjacent to the blade so that ledges of the first surface of the closing blade interact with depressions of the first surface of the slot, wherein the closing blade blocks the circular movement of the blade inside the slot relative to the rotor disc. Single wedge is located between the second surface of the closing blade and the second surface of the slot and is in contact with them to ensure attachment of the closing blade inside the slot. Single wedge has the first surface in contact with the recess of the second surface of the closing blade, and the second, opposite surface in contact with the recess of the second surface of the slot. Single wedge is arranged with the possibility of location in slot before introduction of closing blade, wherein closing blade and single wedge are arranged in the same part of groove. Fastening element passes through a single wedge to allow movement of a single wedge in radial direction with its interaction with the second surface of the closing blade and the second surface of the slot so that the closing blade is secured inside the slot. Other inventions of the group relate to a locking device for blades of said turbomachine and a method of securing the blade in the groove of the rotor disc of said turbomachine.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows reducing stress concentration in the rotor, as well as simplifying the rotor treatment during the stage repeated mounting.
