FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering, in particular, steam and gas turbine construction, more specifically to the attachment of working blades on the rotor disc of an axial turbomachine, including those having mechanical connections and various types of shanks with end winding. Rotor disc of the axial turbomachine has end surfaces and is equipped with shaped slots having a bottom and side support surfaces, and also contains working blades with shanks installed in the corresponding shaped slots. Each shank has at least one bevelled section provided with a groove adjoining the shank end. Bevelled section is made on the base of the shank along its axis along the entire width of the base at an angle to the bottom of the profile slot. Length of the skewed section is 0.2-1.0 of the length of the shank base. Between the skewed section of the shank and the bottom of the profile slot there is a locking element in the form of a wedge for fixing the working blade in the profile slot; at that, on the side of the blunt end of the locking element there is a rod with at least one spring element put on it. On the end surface of the rotor disc on the side of the skewed section of the shank there is an annular groove having upper and lower halves, the shape of which corresponds to the shape of the groove of the skewed section, and the position of the upper half of the annular groove coincides with the position of the groove. In the upper half of the annular groove of the rotor disc and the groove of the skewed section, upper locking plates are installed with the possibility of holding in the axial direction at least one spring element, and in the lower half of the annular groove of the rotor disc there are lower locking planks, which in the radial direction are adjacent to the upper locking planks.
EFFECT: improving operational reliability of axial turbomachine in all operating modes due to strong fixation of working blades in shaped slots of rotor disk and reduction of time for assembly of working blades on rotor disk.
