SUBSTANCE: invention relates to well drilling and can be used for core sampling. Stabilizing two-tier bit includes a shank, a lower drilling and top drilling with stabilizers of the tier, which consist of a row of symmetrically arranged cutting blades including radially arranged cutting elements. Lower tier of the bit is represented with detachable drilling head reinforced with PDC. Drill head and upper drill string are connected with possibility of joint rotation in one direction. Drill head is configured to take core. Inside the stabilizing two-tier bit there is a core pipe. Bit is made with possibility of connection with core set. Technical result is achieved by placing a detachable drilling head in the lower tier of the bit for the purpose of core sampling at simultaneous drilling of the well of the specified diameter.

EFFECT: wider range of applicability, higher mechanical drilling speed and longer life of the bit.
