FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to piezoelectric engineering and can be used in devices for frequency selection of signals on volume acoustic waves, in particular as a piezoelectric component (PEC) for a filter containing a series of acoustically connected resonators. PEC is made of rectangular piezoelectric plate 1, on one of the surfaces of which there are electrodes 2 and 3 with contact pads 4 and 5, respectively. On the same surface of plate 1 in free angles contact pads 6 and 7 are located. On the opposite side of plate 1 there is solid electrode 8 with contact pads 9 and 10 located diagonally relative to each other and connected to contact pads 6 and 7, respectively. On the same surface of plate 1 in free angles contact pads 11 and 12 are connected, connected to contact pads 4 and 5, respectively. In the center of the solid electrode there is sputtering of additional metal layer 13, the width of which is determined by the relation W=E+2*k*B, where W is width of sputtering of additional metal layer, mm; E is width of interelectrode gap on plate rear side, mm; k is a value equal to 0.1...0.3; B is electrode length, mm.
EFFECT: increased pass band.
