FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: field of mining, in particular, to a tunnelling exploding-loading complex. System comprises receiving wedge-type part with loading module, hopper for storage with support frame, unloading scraper part, self-movement mechanism, pump station, a control panel, as well as hydraulic manipulators with drilling machines on a portal trolley, moving along a reloader station, a safety support consisting of posts and safety shields and moving along guides on the bunker sides by means of running carriages, a clip-driver. Support frame is equipped with two "skis", two thrust beams, as well as vertical posts, mutual arrangement of which provides unobstructed operation of self-movement mechanism. Self-movement mechanism consists of a guiding frame, four spacer hydraulic cylinders and five feeding hydraulic cylinders. Guide frame includes two transverse beams arranged perpendicular to the axis of the complex, and two guiding sidewalls attached parallel to the axis of the complex, with four grips at the ends, which ensure the adjoining guide sidewalls to "skis". Spacer hydraulic cylinders are secured at ends of transverse beams to thrust therein to fix guide frame. Feeding hydraulic cylinders fixed by their one end to transverse beams, and by the other end to beams of support frame of hopper for explosion-loading facility, transfer tunnelling explosive-hatching system to working face and from working face.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of straightness of the complex movement to the working face and from the bottomhole to the required distance without deviations from the working axis.
