SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used for preparation for delivery of pregnant women with absence of biological readiness of birth canal with tendency to post-term pregnancy. That is ensured by installing an intracervical two-way Foley catheter. Simultaneously with the catheter installation, mifepristone is administered orally 200 mg. After 6 hours thereafter, 200 mg of mifepristone is re-introduced.

EFFECT: such implementation of the method provides reducing the time of preparation of mild obstructed delivery in the absence of complications and negative impact on the formation of lactation and menstrual functions of postpartum and newborns.
