FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and anesthesiology. Patient, 1–5 days prior to delivery, is administered oral intake of vitamin D of 10,000 IU per day, Ca-based medication – 1.5 g/day, magnesium orotate – 3,000 mg/day. With moderate preeclampsia, drugs are taken within 3–5 days, and with severe eclampsia – within 1–2 days.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to prevent the harmful effects of drugs used for epidural anesthesia in women with preeclampsia or the possibility of developing preeclampsia in patients with a burdened obstetric history.
