FIELD: processing of cement, clay and stone.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to continuous processes of making slabs and, in particular, to a system and method for dispensing a binding suspension in connection with the production of a binder. Mixing and dispensing suspension system (1510, 1710) comprises mixer (1520, 1712), discharge pipeline (110, 1527, 1727) and pulse assembly (150, 850, 1050, 1250). Mixer (1520, 1712) is made with possibility of mixing water and binding material to form an aqueous binding suspension. Outflow pipeline (110, 1527, 1727) is in fluid communication with mixer (1520, 1712), is made of elastic flexible material and passes along longitudinal axis (LA). At that, outlet pipeline (110, 1527, 1727) has first part (251, 714, 914) of the side wall, second part (253, 715, 915) of the side wall spaced laterally with first part (251, 714, 914) side wall and inner wall surface. Inner surface of the wall forms a channel for suspension, which is configured to transmit aqueous binding suspension through it. Pulse unit (150, 850, 1050, 1250) comprises first and second clamping elements (705, 905, 1105, 1305) and drive mechanism (720, 920, 1120, 1320). At that, first and second clamping elements (705, 905, 1105, 1305), each of which passes along longitudinal axis (LA), are made with possibility of back-and-forth movement in range of movement between neutral position, in which first and second clamping elements (705, 905, 1105, 1305) interact with first and second parts (251, 253; 714, 715, 914, 915) of outlet pipeline side wall (110, 1527, 1727) by contact method, and a compressed position, in which the first and second clamping elements (705, 905, 1105, 1305) are in a compressing interaction with discharge pipeline (110, 1527, 1727) such that a portion of the inner surface of the wall lying below the first and second portions respectively (251, 253; 714, 715; 914, 915) of the side wall is bent. At that, the inner side surface lying below the first and second parts (251, 253; 714, 715; 914, 915) of the side wall, respectively, is bent more, when first and second clamping elements (705, 905, 1105, 1305) are respectively in a compressed position than when they are in neutral position. Drive mechanism (720, 920, 1120, 1320) is made with possibility of reciprocal movement of each of first and second clamping elements (705, 905, 1105, 1305) in range of displacement between neutral position and compressed position.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of mixing and output of binding suspension.
