SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer equipment. Technical result is achieved due to majority module, which contains m+1 groups of majority elements, having three inputs, wherein the first group is formed from m-1 majority elements , i-th group contains j-th and (Ni-1+1)-th subgroup formed respectively from m-2 and Ni-1 majority elements ( and and (m+1)-th group is formed from m-1 majority elements , wherein , m=0.5×(n+1).
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities owing to ensuring the implementation of a majority function of n arguments – input binary signals or disjunction (conjunction) of the same n arguments, where n is an odd number greater than or equal to five.
