SUBSTANCE: majority module is designed to implement the majority function of five arguments – input binary signals or disjunction (conjunction) of the same five arguments – and can be used in digital computer systems as an information preprocessing device. The majority module comprises an AND element (1), an OR element (2) and seven majority elements (31, …, 37).
EFFECT: simplification of the scheme of the majority module by reducing its Quine price while maintaining the elemental basis of the prototype.
