FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic transportation of bulk material and can be used in construction, metallurgical, chemical and other industries. Device for pneumatic transportation of loose material comprises feed hopper with aeration device, communicated with transport pipeline, gas supply line with gas lines of aerating device and transport pipeline, as well as a vortex tube interconnected by its inlet channel with a gas supply line. Outlet channel of the hot flow is connected to the gas line of the aerating appliance while the outlet channel of the cold air is connected to the pipeline of the transport pipeline. Vortex tube outer surface is coated with thin-fiber basalt material in the form of twisted bundles extending longitudinally from hot flow outlet channel to cold flow outlet channel.
EFFECT: invention provides for supply of loose material with specified quality by concentration of volume particles into transport pipeline, by elimination of formation of lumps under action of concentrated vaporous moisture in hot flow, due to maintenance of normalized temperature mode of thermodynamic stratification in vortex tube.
