SUBSTANCE: garment sleeve having a near, a shoulder end attached to a garment arm, and a distal collar end ending nearby the collar, wherein the sleeve of the garment comprises: (a) a suture extending from the armhole to the collar, wherein said seam is closed at least near said shoulder end and nearby said collar end; (b) a one-piece zipper, comprising: (i) links and (ii) at least one lock configured to enable reversible engagement of links, at least partially, between said shoulder end and said collar end; said permanent zipper is attached to said seam nearby its shoulder end and nearby said collar end.
