SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, specifically to providing user authentication. Disclosed is a method involving transmission by an entity related to an institution that provides patient data and/or access to patient data, cloud system for supporting clinical decision making of a first request and a first session marker generated by an object and containing an identifier for identifying an interaction session of an object with a cloud-based system for supporting clinical decision making. First request relates to an action requiring object authentication and to be performed by a cloud-based clinical decision support system over de-identified data stored in a cloud-based system for supporting clinical decision making. Method comprises a step of obtaining on object a second request and a second session marker, comprising an identifier for identifying an interaction session of an object with a cloud-based clinical decision support system transmitted by a cloud-based clinical decision support system to said object. At that, the second request requests validation of the second session marker. Method includes a step of comparing first and second session markers on a comparison object. Method includes a step of generating a reliability signal on the object, indicating whether the first and second session markers match. Method includes a step of transmitting an object of a reliability signal to a cloud support system for making clinical decisions and obtaining an indication on the object that the cloud clinical decision support system has performed the requested action. Also disclosed is a system containing an object related to an institution that provides data on patients and/or accesses data on patients, and implemented with the possibility of implementing the method. Object comprises a computing device and a user authentication system; and a cloud-based clinical decision support system comprising an object authentication system. User authentication system and the object authentication system are configured to control the access of the object to the de-identified patient data stored in the cloud-based clinical decision support system.
