FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in production and repair of flame tubes operating under conditions of gas-erosion. Gas turbine GTD-110M flame tube is coated with the heat-resistant sublayer with thickness of 150–200 mcm and then a ceramic thermal barrier layer on the inner surface of the flame tube. Ceramic thermo-barrier layer is sprayed with plasmatron with thickness of 100–120 mcm, then the flame tube is subjected to two-stage treatment. First, in vacuum at pressure 1×10-4 mm Hg is heated to temperature of 1,050 °C for 3–4 hours, held at the same temperature for 2 hours and cooled with a furnace in a vacuum. After that, air is heated to temperature of 850 °C for 2.5–3 hours, held at the same temperature for 16 hours and cooled for 4.7 hours to normal temperature.
EFFECT: invention increases gas-proof resistance of protective coating of flame tube of gas turbine without deterioration of aerodynamic characteristics of flame tube.
