FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and communication and can be used in development of modern broadband radio transmitters in range of 1.5–30 MHz. In the disclosed device, both the octave mode with power addition in the total load and the mode of the amplifier with distributed bands for operation with ultra-wideband signals are realized. Scheme enables to perform equally effective operation both with narrow-band signals and signals whose spectra can exceed several octaves.
EFFECT: technical result consists in construction of a power amplifier based on the principle of an amplifier with a distributed band.
