MULTI-CHANNEL RECEIVER FOR RADIOTHERMOMETRIC DIAGNOSTICS Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61B5/01 G01K13/20

Abstract RU 2754287 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to multi-channel receiving apparatuses for a radiothermometer intended for measuring the temperature of the internal organs of the human body by measuring the natural level of UHF radiation. The apparatus includes a broadband antenna, the output whereof is connected to one input of the UHF switch, connected to the second input whereof is a control noise generator common for all receiving channels. The output of the switch controlled by a clock generator is connected to a preliminary broadband amplification unit including a low-noise amplifier with a broadband filter and an output amplifier. The signal from the output of the preliminary amplification unit is supplied to the input of an N-channel UHF divider, connected to each output whereof are receiving channels working in parallel and simultaneously in each of the measured frequency ranges, providing amplification, filtration, quadratic detection, and amplification of low-frequency signals with subsequent isolation with keys. The keys are connected to the outputs of the amplifiers and are controlled by the switch so that two signal streams are isolated in each range, corresponding to the power levels of the surveyed body and the noise generator, the integral levels whereof represent the ratio of the body temperatures and the noise generator, processing whereof by the digital processing unit provides a possibility to form a temperature distribution map of the surveyed body. The integrated signal of the noise generator level is used for automatic control and stabilisation of amplification coefficients of each frequency channel.

EFFECT: increase in the speed of survey and reduction in the error of measurement are achieved.
