FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of industrial separation of isoprene and can be used in oil refining, petrochemical and chemical industries. Invention relates to a method of separating isoprene from an isoamylene-isoprene fraction, which includes rectification with anhydrous dimethylformamide as a separating agent with separation of the isoamylene fraction and desorption of isoprene from the separating agent, returning part of isoprene to the rectification column. Side cut flow is extracted from the lower plates of the extractive rectification column, which is fed into the stripping section, the distillate from the stripping section is returned back to the middle part of the extractive rectification column, and the bottom part as a product is mixed with the main stream of the saturated separating agent, which is extracted from the bottom of the extractive rectification column, and supplied to the desorption column.
EFFECT: high efficiency of separating isoamylene and isoprene fractions, creating an optimum mode of operation of rectification equipment, low circulation of the separating agent, low power consumption, as well as preventing loss of thermopolymer on process equipment.
