Collapsible device for heat treatment of food, containing side and end walls, bottom, cover, furnace, table and legs connected to each other. Novelty is that the side walls are made double with a gap between the inner and outer walls and the flattened stiffener, wherein the side walls have hooks connected to the holes made in the end walls, at that, the side walls have protruding to the top parts and figured cavities for the skewers, at that the end walls are made with shaped guides, at that, at least on one of the end walls the blow-off shutter is made, and on the other end wall perforation is made, bottom has flanging on each side and is installed rigidly from below, cover with handle and holes made in upper part is hinged with possibility of lifting and lowering of hinge with formation of gap between lower edge of cover and upper edge of side wall, furnace is made with possibility of its separation by transverse partition, inserted into furnace in guides with possibility of movement on them, into two parts, table is made with possibility of removal and cover of part of furnace, not closed by cover, legs are shaped and rigidly connected with guides of end walls.

EFFECT: technical result is expansion of its functional capabilities: longer preservation of operating temperature of coal; possibility of frying and / or smoked products on skewers under the cover; possibility to use table as cover for open part of device working surface so that atmospheric precipitation does not fall inside when stored on street, id est for preservation.
