FIELD: cooking.
SUBSTANCE: device for cooking and/or thermal treatment of food products in the open air, namely, a hearth-oven-barbecue for cooking food, mainly meat, fish, or vegetables. The hearth-oven-barbecue contains a body consisting of four walls, with two opposite walls made with two legs and shaped cut-outs for skewers, and a bottom, interconnected to form a firebox between them, and a removable cap. In this case, the two walls adjacent to the walls with two legs have two symmetrical holes to enable threading an oblong object through them and positioning it in parallel to the walls with two legs to place two rows of skewers perpendicular to the oblong object and sharp edges on it, and handles on the walls with two legs, so as to completely cover the firebox area of the device. The removable cap has a hole for dishes and is installed on top of the two walls adjacent to the walls with two legs.
EFFECT: versatility and expansion of functionality, compactness, low material consumption, simplicity, and speed of assembly and disassembly.
