FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to investigation of formations in oil and gas wells by remote sampling of liquids or gas and their testing directly in wells and is used to determine gas factor in formation fluid. Device comprises a bar-resistant housing with a cable head, lowered on the cable into the well, and a sample-receiving chamber arranged in the housing, equipped with valves, made with a forced drive, fluid analysis modules, including analysed sample fluid temperature and pressure sensors, ground remote control system, which includes a processor serving to transmit control signals to working elements and modules of the device and equipped with a program for determining the characteristics of formation fluids transmitted over the cable to the surface. In the bar-resistant housing, an additional working body is installed, forming a sample-receiving chamber, in which a piston with a rod is placed, which divides the sample-receiving chamber into two compartments, communicating with each other by means of a bypass valve made in said piston, wherein the sample chamber is equipped with a temperature-controlled heater and an ultrasonic vibration speed meter in the selected sample of the formation fluid, besides, to lower part of bar-resistant housing there connected is connected to said sampling chamber a container for collection of examined samples of formation fluid.
