FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to bicycle seats. Bicycle seat assembly comprises a bicycle seat and an installation platform. Mounting platform is attached to bicycle saddle post. Mounting platform has front and rear elements. Front and rear parts of bicycle seat are detachably attached to appropriate front and rear elements. Shape of mounting platform allows detachable optionally rotary fixture of bicycle seat to mounting platform. Attachment of bicycle seat to mounting platform comprises rear part of bicycle seat, containing groove, into which rear element enters with possibility of rotation. Front part of the bicycle seat comprises a latch which is latching and detachably attached to the front element of the mounting platform. Rear and front parts of the bicycle seat are not rotatable, but can be separated directly from the mounting platform. Quick-release bicycle seat retainer is used to tighten or loosen clamping elements.

EFFECT: higher protection of bicycle seat from theft.
