SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to bicycle parking racks for fixation of bicycles on racks. The rack contains a lower section, an upper section, a locking element, an electronic unit, clamping means. The electronic unit contains an electronic lock with a latch and a printed circuit board. The locking element is made with the possibility of movement from an open position to a closed position. A locking bar placed on the locking element engages with the latch of the electronic lock, preventing opening of the specified locking element and pulling the bicycle out of clamping means, when the electronic lock is activated.
