FIELD: computer equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Logical converter includes eight majority elements, which have three inputs, wherein outputs of the r-th, fifth and seventh majority elements are respectively connected to second inputs of (r+1)-th, sixth and eighth majority elements, additionally introduced are twelve analogues of said majority elements, outputs of second, fourth, m-th, (m+5)-th, (m+8)-th and nineteenth majority elements are respectively connected to second inputs of thirteenth, fifth, (m+1)-th, (m+6)-th, (m+9)-th and twentieth majority elements, outputs of the eighth, tenth, (m+3)-th, fifteenth, eighteenth and twentieth majority elements are connected to third inputs of the thirteenth, fifth, (6×m-44)-th, sixth, fifteenth and eighteenth majority elements, and first inputs of r-th, (r+6)-th, eighteenth majority elements and output of sixth majority element are connected to third adjustment input and output of logic converter, respectively, first and second tuning inputs of which are respectively connected to first inputs of fourth, tenth, (m+5)-th, (m+8)-th, (m+11)-th majority elements and first inputs of (m-3)-th, fifteenth majoritarian elements.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities owing to providing implementation of any simple symmetrical Boolean functions using constant adjustment τ½×n-1½, τ½×n-½, τ½×n+1½, τ½×n+2½, depending on n arguments – input binary signals, at n=7.
