SUBSTANCE: resealable opening device for soft package (21) of collapsible type having a compartment formed by soft walls (24), comprising thin-walled body (2) having rear surface (3) attached to one of soft walls (24) of package (21) in package outlet part (23), first hinge joint (5) passing in first direction (P1) and connecting first section (6) of thin-walled body (2) with second section (7) of thin-walled body (2), wherein thin-walled body (2) is to be arranged so that first hinge joint (5) is located across package outlet direction (P4), and second hinged joint (8) passing in second direction (P2), crossing first hinge joint (5), wherein fixing element (14) is provided, configured to fix first section (6) on second section (7), when the first and second sections (6, 7) are folded towards each other around the first hinge joint (5). Thin-walled body (2) is additionally equipped with the third hinged joint (9) passing in the third direction (P3), crossing the first hinged joint (5) and located at the distance from the second hinged joint (8). Thin-walled body is configured to adapt to change shape with outward protrusion of soft wall (24), attachment to which is intended device. Invention also relates to a package equipped with such resealable opening device.

EFFECT: resealable opening device and package containing such opening device are proposed.
