FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for dry cleaning of gases from dust and aerosols in systems of aspiration and ventilation and can be used in construction, food, chemical and other industries. Tubular dust collector consists of cylinder-conical housing, coaxially connected to it inlet and outlet branch pipes, through which bottom-up flow of cleaned gas flow, fixed inside the body of partitions. Partitions are perforated by holes. 57 holes in each of 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th bottom partition are located in line located at angle of 22.5° by diameters of the partition and connected by tubes of equal diameter in pairs: 1st and 2nd partitions, 5th and 6th partitions. 44 holes of each of 3rd, 4th, 7th and 8th partitions are also located in the line located at angle of 22.5° by the diameters of the partition, and shifted from the centre at distance of 1 hole diameter relative to the holes located on 1st, 2nd, 5th and 6th partitions, and are connected by tubes of equal diameter in pairs: 3rd and 4th partitions, 7th and 8th partitions.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of cleaning dust-gas flow from dust due to vertical supply of cleaned air from bottom to top and more intense swirling of dust-gas flow and coagulation of dust particles, which contributes to their better deposition.
