FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for installation of blades along periphery of disc of turbine engine relative to axis of rotation of disc, which contains on its radially external periphery slots passing parallel to axis of disc and located with alternating with disc flanges. Each blade has a first radial inner end and a second radially outer end, as well as a shank located at the first radially inner end of the blade and inserted into the groove of the disc, a bandage located on the second, radially outer end of the blade, and a stylus attaching the shank with the bandage. According to the invention, the blades are first placed in a row in a circumferential direction such that the shank end of each blade in the axial direction is located opposite one of the slots formed in the disc, and using a mounting tool having a tip partially complementary to the bandage flange of one of the blades. Thereafter, the following steps are successively repeated for each of the blades. Mounting tool tip is brought into interaction with blade shroud shelf. Blade shroud is turned as a result of turning movement of mounting tool around radial direction of disc, which passes through blade. Blade root is inclined into the disk groove in the axial direction. At that, such number of blades is installed on disc, which is equal to number of slots formed in disc. Another invention of the group relates to a tool for mounting a blade, intended for installation of blades along the periphery of a disc of a turbine engine in the above method and comprising a tip, which shape is partially complementary to the blade shroud shelf shape with possibility of rigid attachment at turn of the platform and the mounting tool.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows simplifying installation of blades on disc of turbine engine.
