FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: device for cooling the sealing flanges of the turbine rotor blade platforms contains the cooling air supply tubes located in the outer ring of the nozzle apparatus and having an outlet cutoff along the sealing flanges of the turbine rotor blade platforms. The cooling air supply tubes are located in the outer ring of the nozzle apparatus so that their longitudinal axes are inclined in the direction of the turbine disk rotation at an angle of 25-65 degrees to the section plane of the outer ring of the nozzle apparatus, which is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the engine. The distance from the outlet cutoff of the cooling air supply pipes to the sealing flanges of the turbine rotor blade platforms is from 3 to 1 of the inner diameter of the tube.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve cooling and increase the strength of the platforms, the sealing flanges of the turbine rotor blades specifically.
