SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agricultural machine building. Feeding device for application of fluids on plants in rows in field contains base located between rows of plants, at least one flexible or turning application element connected to the base and configured to apply fluid to the plants, and a stabilizer connected to at least one flexible or turning element for application. Stabilizer comprises at least one of: a spring located on at least one flexible application element, a reinforcing member which is disposed on or in at least one application element and is disposed along the length of at least one application member, wire attached to at least one application element, wherein wire has length for contact with at least one plant, and damper. Device for application of fluids on plants in rows in field comprises frame, base connected with frame and located between rows of plants, at least one flexible or turning application element connected to the base and configured to apply a fluid to the plants and a stabilizer connected to at least one flexible or rotating applicator. Stabilizer comprises at least one of: a spring located on at least one flexible application element, a reinforcing member which is disposed on or in at least one application element and is disposed along the length of at least one application member, wire attached to at least one application element, wherein wire has length for contact with at least one plant, and damper.

EFFECT: ensuring accurate application of fluids into the target area of rows of plants for more efficient spraying, reducing losses of the introduced material.
