SUBSTANCE: invention discloses systems and devices for controlling and monitoring application of fluids on an agricultural field. In one embodiment, flow device for controlling flow during agricultural operation comprises an eccentric ball valve, having a plurality of openings that rotate in an operating position to control fluid flow through the eccentric ball valve into the outlet passage. Flow device also comprises a first passageway, which provides a first flow path from inlet to at least one eccentric ball valve opening, and second passage, which provides a second flow path from inlet to at least one hole of eccentric ball valve.
EFFECT: invention provides control of fluid introduction by different seeder sections.
