FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines for snow compaction in construction of snow-and-ice roads and unpaved airfields in winter time. In the snow compaction device containing the trailing frame with the load, pneumatic rollers arranged in two rows in the frame frames with the trailing frame are hinged to the frame with the vibration exciter. At that frame frames are connected to both frames by means of tie-rods, V-shaped located in relation to each other, besides, one of tie-rods from one side of each row of rollers is hingedly connected to trailing frame, and the second tie-rod is hingedly connected to frame of vibration exciter. Device is also equipped with anti-skid roll, pivotally fixed in it by means of rods behind pneumatic rollers. Low-pressure pneumatic rollers are installed in the first row along the travel direction, and high-pressure pneumatic rollers are installed in the second row. Anti-skidding roller is made in the form of a cylindrical drum, with cells on the outer surface formed by projections with evolvent side surfaces longitudinal and transverse relative to the drum axis, intended for action on undercompacted areas and for application of notches on the sealed web. At that transverse ledges are made on drum surface at the distance equal to width of high-pressure pneumatic roll, and are located along direction of longitudinal lines of lateral joints of high-pressure pneumatic rollers. Anti-skidding roller is installed in frame housing, hingedly connected to both frames by means of tie-rods, V-shaped in relation to each other, one of which is pivotally connected to trailing frame, and the second tie rod is hingedly connected to vibration exciter frame.

EFFECT: higher quality of snow compaction and higher efficiency of anti-skid roller and whole device.
