FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine for compaction at construction of roads and snow-ice ground airfields in winter time. Device for compaction comprises working member, aggregated with tractor, and vibration exciter of oscillations. Working element is made in the form of sealing plate (1) with convex curved bottom which forms an inclined contact with snow surface. Working member is equipped with mechanism of the seal and is mounted on self-propelled chassis (2) by means of hydraulic cylinders (3), shock absorbers (4), brackets (5) and tie-rods (6). Sealing plate (1) includes housing (7) welded structure with bottom guides (8) curved convexity turned to the bottom. In the housing is rigidly fixed vibration plate (9) on which there is vibration exciter (10). Vibration plate (9) of the lower part is connected with sealing mechanism made in the form of table installed in guides (8) of the body and interacting with the bottom sealing plate, made in the form of endless belt (11) covering the body, to roll on the inner surface of belt rollers (12) roll table, axis (13) which are mounted on rolling bearings in guides (8) of the body. In housing (1) sprocket (14) for connection of the housing with a belt and belt tensioner (15), and roll table is installed with high front roller and bottom arrangement of extreme rollers the rollers are made from elastic material.

EFFECT: device provides for increased efficiency and quality of compaction by increasing the number of actions in one pass and by preventing formation of prism drawing before contact with snow surface of the device.
