SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of command-and-measurement system of spacecraft from unauthorized interference, possible from illegitimate users. Method includes encrypting control commands transmitted to the spacecraft board, received commands are decoded in the spacecraft command-and-measurement system and converted into control signals. Data base of decryption algorithms, which are marked with their own identification feature, is formed in the spacecraft memory. Transmitted command automatically includes a randomly selected feature of the decryption algorithm. Received commands are decrypted by an algorithm with an identification feature specified in the composition of the received command.

EFFECT: high protection of the command-measuring system of a spacecraft (SC) from an unauthorized interference by an illegitimate user.
