FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to instrumentation and can be used in contactless monitoring of technical condition of radioelectronic equipment (REE). Device for complex monitoring of technical condition of radioelectronic equipment includes current source, first output of which is connected to power input of radioelectronic equipment, outputs of sensor unit are connected to inputs of signal processing unit. According to the invention, the device further includes a decision unit, a control unit and an information output unit. Output of information output unit is connected to information input of radioelectronic equipment, which outputs are connected to second inputs of sensor unit, first inputs of which are connected to group of second control outputs of control unit, a second information and a first control outputs, as well as a third information and a group of first information inputs of which are connected to corresponding inputs and outputs of the decision unit, second information output of which is connected to second input of information output unit, first input of which is connected to first information output of control unit, power input of which is connected to second output of current source, outputs of signal processing unit are connected to group of first information inputs of decision making unit.

EFFECT: invention provides more reliable identification of technical condition of REE, wider field of application of technical means of monitoring and diagnostics, reduced redundancy of measurement information in the monitoring system and identification of deviations of the controlled parameters from the standard by several criteria.
