FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mining and can be used for production of oil from deep seams. In compliance with first version, proposed plant comprises flow string, two-way submersible motor (SM), equipped with telemetry system, with centrifugal pumps (CP), power supply cable SM, a bottom-hole packer separating the upper and lower oil-bearing formations, connected to the shank equipped with a filter, for extracting liquid from the lower formation, a support packer with a cable entry, forming an inter-packer cavity, and a unit for controlling flows and accounting for extracted liquids (CAFU), containing reservoir fluids parameters monitoring sensors and controlled electric valves (CEV), installed in separate channels and connected by communication cable of telemechanical system with instrumentation on panel of control station. CAFU is connected to lower CP two-channel branch pipe fixed in the support packer, which is connected to the shank end with the nipple connection. Upper CP comprises several sections of series pressure increase of borehole fluid for lifting over the flow column to surface. In second version CAFU consists of two detachable parts. Upper part is connected to lower part CP two-channel branch pipe with possibility of rotation in diametric plane. In upper part CAFU there are sensors for monitoring parameters of extracted liquids and electric drives CEV, and in the lower part – reservoir fluids parameter monitoring sensors and CEV, controlled by electric drives from upper part of drive shafts with spring-loaded cam clutches with reciprocating movement of screw pair and compensation of axial deviations during docking. Both parts CAFU jointed with a nipple joint equipped with a centering adapter for separate channels and cam clutches, in which receiving-transmitting assemblies of cable connector of communication cables are fixed. In third version, plant comprises CP with one-sided SM. Outlets of separate channels of upper part CAFU are combined by offtake header with branch pipe, movably connected with CP.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of flow rate and quality of extracted oil.
