SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to agriculture. Granular complex fertilizer consists of carrier granules and active filler, wherein carrier granules are made from calcium hydrosilicate CaO⋅SiO2⋅H2O with size of 1–3 mm and developed inner surface to 300 m2/g, active filler used is a saturated aqueous solution of fertilizer selected from (NH4)2SO4, KCl, KNO3, NaNO2, NaNO3, or mixtures thereof. All components are taken at a certain ratio. Method of producing granular complex fertilizer by applying an active filler on a frame made in the form of granules, wherein into the pelletizer granulator from the bunker is dosedly supplied cement, at that, rotary cement mass on the granulator plate is sprinkled with a saturated aqueous solution of active water-soluble fertilizer, then the prepared fertilizer granules are poured from the pelletizer granulator onto the conveyor, which moves them into the collars, where during 2–3 hours granules of fertilizer are additionally dried up and then packed in bags for long-term storage or filled up in bins of agricultural machines and taken to fields for soil treatment.

EFFECT: invention increases flexibility and availability of fertilizer while simplifying the composition and method for production thereof.
