FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive bodies for dipping car body treatment. Device comprises at least one platform 11 for supporting body 12 to be treated, at least one process fluid tank 15, conveyor line 13 for transporting the platform above the tank and means for turning and immersion into tank body 12 installed on platform 11 located above tank 15 by means of conveyor line 13. Platform 11 comprises main part 16 and supporting part 17 to support body and located on main part 16 with possibility of rotation by means of shaft 19, having axis 18. Platform 11 additionally comprises gear wheel 23 connected with shaft 19. At least one rotary actuating device 32 is arranged nearby the tank and comprises toothed rack 33 to interact with gear wheel 23 to initiate rotation of platform support part 17 by displacing said platform. Platform comprises controlled locking/unlocking device 27 to lock/unlock the free turn of shaft 19. Reciprocating position on the frame of the engaging element, shoe and rotary system is such that the lifting of the shoe provides displacement of the catching element into the disengaged position.
EFFECT: providing optimum quality of processing at installation of small-sized and inexpensive.
