FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to underwater mining. Disclosed is a method of producing field operations on a deepwater shelf, comprising lowering a module supported by a rope from a surface watercraft, a module movable along the sea bottom with a detachable container for collection of minerals, equipped with a device for changing its buoyancy, and their placement into working position by ballasting the structure, loading of minerals into container, separation of container from underwater module after filling and lifting to the accompanying floating vehicle by changing the buoyancy of the container with subsequent unloading of extracted minerals, wherein underwater module is made with variable buoyancy in form of raft, consisting of hollow pipes, and equipped with tension supports in form of ballast weight, wherein the raft is arranged so that during the operating working position the supports do not touch the bottom, by monitoring the tension of the supports using the tension detection sensors, which are supplied with tension supports, and in case of changing external conditions and pressure on the container of the container with mineral resources, their tension is adjusted with change of buoyancy, wherein movement of raft to other place is carried out, changing its buoyancy and using supporting rope, connecting it with surface floating craft, and onboard drive arranged on floating craft.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of labor intensity and power inputs during extraction of minerals.
