FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly to devices for increasing the size of well, as well as for compaction of soil inside cavity, and can be used in device bored piles, mainly in weak soils. Well expansion device includes a pantograph mechanism containing rock-compressing elements hingedly connected to it, installed with possibility of the well expansion by soil compaction by means of pressing of the rock-compressing elements at longitudinal movement of the movable elements of the pantograph from the hydraulic drive of the drilling rig. Rock compressing elements are made with possibility of well expansion along its entire perimeter at longitudinal movement of movable elements of pantograph mechanism. At that, the rock-compressing elements are made in the form of coaxially located external (1) and internal (2) tubular segments. In initial position ends of external tubular segments (1), covering internal tubular segments (2), are joined over middle part of internal segments, and in opened position ends of external (1) and internal (2) tubular segments are overlapped overlapping with possibility of formation of relief shell. Pantographed mechanism is made two-tiered and installed on cylindrical pipe (3) containing fixed parts in form of ledges (4), under which in both tiers movable elements of pantograph are arranged, made in form of movable couplings (5), rigidly connected to each other by means of rods (6) along perimeter of movable couplings, upper of which, in its turn, is connected to hydraulic drive. Ledges (4) of pipe (3) and movable couplings (5) of two-level pantograph mechanism are hingedly connected to rock-compressing elements (1) and (2) by means of V-shaped rods (7) located in each tier, connected to ledge (4) respectively, pipes (3) and with movable coupling (5). Besides, at the end of cylindrical pipe there is a collector in form of ball segment (8).
EFFECT: wider range of equipment, increased bearing capacity of compacted soil in expansion zone and pile itself, as well as high efficiency.
